Information you may provide

Your name or contact handle, subject, level, deadline, time zone, draft, teacher comments and messages about the requested service.

How it is used

To assess the request, prepare a quote, match an appropriate reviewer or tutor, deliver the agreed work, answer follow-up questions and keep payment and service records.

Who can access it

Enquiries are available to the site owner and the people needed to deliver the agreed service. AI drafts and reports are kept in private storage; a private browser cookie permits retrieval during the free pilot, and the site owner can help manage the report. Files are not added to the public resource library.

Retention

AI reports are accessible for 30 days from creation. You can delete a report and its uploaded draft from its report page; expired files are removed during service maintenance. Enquiries are kept while handling your request and related service records. Ask us to correct or delete information you no longer want us to hold.

Free resource accounts

When you unlock an original PDF, we use your email address to create or sign in to a free resource account. Resend sends a six-digit code that expires after 10 minutes. Codes are stored as keyed hashes, with a maximum of five verification attempts. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing.

A necessary Secure, HttpOnly cookie holds your signed login token for up to 30 days. The server keeps a revocable session record. Logging out revokes the current session. Resource links expire after five minutes and work with the account and browser session that requested them. Unlock requests are limited to 10 per account in a rolling minute.

We store account verification dates and short-lived download grants to operate access and prevent abuse. Expired codes, sessions and grant records are removed during bounded sign-in maintenance. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your resource account.

Study-plan and university advice

These tools send the form entries you confirm to our configured AI provider. The site records model usage and temporary rate-limit counters, rather than saving these inputs and reports in its database. If you choose to save a report in your browser, it stays on that device and can be removed there. Official university sources and dates are displayed alongside the advice.

Third-party services

When you request an AI report, your submitted text and PDF are sent through GlobalAI to the selected model service for processing. This is separate from the public resource library. Upstream processing is subject to that provider’s policies. WhatsApp and any payment or email provider process data under their own terms. During the free pilot, a necessary secure browser cookie keeps your reports private and preserves report access for up to 60 days. New free reports can be started during the first 30 days. Clearing this cookie removes your access to saved reports; save a PDF first. We store a hashed, short-lived network identifier to limit abuse. Earlier access codes may remain in tab session storage when that access mode is used. Avoid submitting private documents on shared devices.
